      The street noodle bar is found throughout many parts of Thailand. We call it anytime noodle. You can eat noodles from the bar anytime during the day or night. Our street noodles consist of rice noodles, rice noodle roll or egg noodles, chicken broth, steamed chicken breast, slivered beef, fish balls, shrimp balls, fish cakes, beef balls, roasted peanuts, ground chilies, bean sprouts, choy po, spring onions, coriander, fish sauce, fructose, garlic oil and fresh chilies in vinegar. Seafood noodle soup consists of tiger shrimp, squid and mussels.
